An agent should be able to demonstrate to you how they will help you through the whole process! The right agent should:

• Be able to show you evidence of independently sourced reviews about other customers experience
• Be able to demonstrate and give you comfort that they have your best interests at heart.
• Be able to tailor their marketing options to your own individual needs. It is your sale not theirs.
• Have an obvious track record in your local market and preferably should come recommended.
• Be able to progress the sale of your home by a dedicated person once a buyer has been found.
• Be able to help with your onward purchase, even if you are not buying locally.
