We take two approaches, and the choice is yours. We provide low-profile marketing solutions, or we market a home in the traditional method with tailored conditions.
TRADITIONAL
We will market your home in the normal way both online and to our comprehensive database of registered buyers. You only pay a fee upon the successful completion of your property.
SECURED SALE
For clients who require speed and security in selling their home. With a contractual 56 day completion and typically less than 5% of sales falling through, this method helps you reach completion faster with the fees payable by the buyer rather than the seller.
